3M™ Double Coated Tape 9191, is a general-purpose double-coated tape. It features a high tack, high initial adhesion rubber pressure sensitive adhesive, a non-woven carrier and an easy to remove siliconised paper liner.

With excellent balance between high tack / initial adhesion and good room temperature shear resistance as well as good removability, 9191 has been developed as a carpet tape. It is, however, necessary to systematically evaluate surface compatibility before starting an application.
